Return & Refund Policy
Since all items are handmade uniquely with time, I do not accept returns or issue financial refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to me! If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me!
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit, items you received you didn't order, or missing items from your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery date.
To make the replacement process quicker for you, please include these in your message:
Your order name
A description of the item issue
Clear photos/videos of the damages/incorrect items
Our Replacement Process
Once an issue has been verified, I wont ask you to hassle with shipping the items back to me. Instead, I will personally make a brand new replacement item and ship it out at no additional cost.
Please note: Every piece is individually handmade, your replacement item may have slight variations from the original.
Cancellations
I begin prepping and working on orders quickly, cancellations after payment has been received will only be accepted within 48 hours. If payment HAS NOT been received, cancellations can be made immediately.
